# Building Backwards

> Building Backwards is a weekly build show for small and midsize business owners. Each week the show takes a real business problem, builds something useful with AI to solve it, and publishes the how-to so listeners can do it too. New episodes weekly on Tuesdays.

Building Backwards is about putting AI to work on real-world business problems. It is for the owner with real expertise and no free time: watch the build, steal the how-to. Each episode covers three things: the problem (a real business constraint worth fixing), the build (something useful, made and put to work), and the how-to (the steps, decisions, and companion material to reuse). Every episode ships with a companion playbook: the practical, step-by-step version of what was discussed, free with no email gate.

The show is hosted by Andrew and June. June is an AI co-host and is disclosed as artificial intelligence wherever she appears. Andrew's voice on the show is an AI-generated clone built from recordings of his own voice; Andrew writes and reviews every word before publication.

Status: pre-launch. The first episode (creating a business podcast) is in production and no episodes have published yet; listening links and launch-note signup are being set up.
